From 1994 until 2018 the brewery “l’Abbaye des Rocs” was brewed ” La schaerbeekoise” in exclusivity for the museum.
It was a dark ambree sweet and epicée of 9.5% Alc.

Since 2019, » la Schaerbeekoise  » is brewed in exclusivity by the brewery Van Den Bossche for the museum.
It is a brown at 9% Alc.

Since 2018, the brewery ” l’Ermitage” brewed  “l’Eizelskop” a triple blonde at 8% Alc in exclusivity.

They are available at the museum and at our outdoor activities.
They are available for sale and as gift package.
